By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms:

🛒 Orders & Eligibility

• We sell exclusively within the United States.
• Orders are processed automatically, except for custom products, which require approval before production.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if we suspect fraud, abuse, or inappropriate customer behavior.

💰 Pricing & Payments

• Prices shown at checkout are final, they do not change after your order is placed.
• If a product is listed incorrectly, we will honor the listed price.

🎨 Intellectual Property

• All branding, photos, and product designs belong to us.
• Resale of our notebooks is permitted only if our branding remains on the product. Removing or hiding our logo voids resale rights.

⚖️ Liability & Disputes

• Our liability is capped at the total value of your order.
• Disputes will be resolved under the laws of Florida, USA.

🌍 Emergencies & Exceptions

• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
• We respond to customer inquiries within 2 business days, excluding national holidays.

📦 Wholesale & Custom Work

• Wholesale pricing is available upon request and can be negotiated directly.
• Custom products:
  • Customers receive a sample product for the cost of shipping and custom materials only (i.e. special paper, foiling, stamping).
  • Revisions and additional samples (up to 3 per project, depending on scale of order this may be increased) can be requested until approval.
  • Once the final product is approved, no further revisions can be made after production begins.
